Friends, today we'll learn how can we save a word file like PDF. Actually, this option is already available in MS Word but many of us don't know about this option. It is what we can see while saving a word document. So, first of all, I'll let you know where can we see this option. Just go to File Menu -> Save As -> PDF or XPS. This is the option available in a word document, by using which we can save a word document in PDF. But if you use this function without installing any add-on will not work.

दोस्तों, आज हम सीखेंगे कि कैसे हम बिना किसी Software अथवा किसी थर्ड पार्टी के Software के और बिना Internet उपयोग के कैसे किसी Word File को PDF File में Convert या Save कर सकते है.

• Internet क्या है, इंटरनेट के बारे में पूरी जानकारी 

 यह एक बहुत ही आसान सी प्रक्रिया है लेकिन हम में से कई लोग इससे अनजान है. दरअसल Microsoft नें Word Document में पहले से यह Option दिया है, जिससे कि हम किसी भी Word File को PDF में Save कर सकें.

आज हम बात करेंगे कि कैसे हम इस Option का Use कर सकते है और यह Option कहाँ दिखाई देता है.

तो दोस्तों सबसे पहले आपको मैं यह बता देना चाहता हूँ कि जब भी हम किसी Word Document में File Menu में जाकर  Save As करते है तो हमको यह Option दिखाई देता है. 

File Menu->Save As->PDF or XPS

अब आगे पढ़िए कैसे हम इसका उपयोग करें.

Here we are not going to use any of the 3rd party software or converter. An add-on is available on behalf of Microsoft only. We just have to download from the Microsoft website and have to install it on our PC. Then you'll see the magic yourself. Here I am giving you a link to download that add-on. -> Download Here

Download and install this Add-on in your PC. and then Open any word document. Now try to save this word document in PDF Format.
